The Patagonia Black Hole® Duffel is a weather- and abrasion-resistant workhorse, offered here in 40L and 55L sizes in the Smolder Blue with Amanita Red colourway. It delivers the legendary performance of the Black Hole line with 100% recycled body fabric, lining and webbing, and a pioneering recycled TPU-film laminate with a sleek matte finish.

The 40L is perfect for small loads and long weekends and meets most airline and train carry-on requirements. The 55L organizes your gear with enough space for a fun-hog weekend or a well-organized extended trip, and roughly fits up to three Black Hole® Cubes (14L) with extra room for a few more items.

Padded, removable shoulder straps let you carry the duffel like a backpack, and reinforced haul handles withstand overzealous baggage handlers. A zippered side pocket can be reached from the outside or inside of the bag, and when empty the duffel stuffs into that pocket for compact storage. An interior mesh lid pocket keeps essentials close, a padded base protects contents from rough terrain and hard knocks, and reinforced exterior daisy chains provide lashing options for extra gear.
