The Korkers Women's DarkHorse is built on a women's last, not just a smaller men's boot. It keeps everything that makes the DarkHorse popular: a BOA M2 dial for quick on and off and an even fit, Korkers' 3-Ply Fit System to lock in your heel and ankle, and a 9" height for ankle support at about 2 lbs 4 oz a pair.

Korkers' OmniTrax system lets you pop one sole off and lock another on in seconds, so you can run felt on slick freestone rivers and rubber where felt is not allowed or when you have a long walk in. Extra soles, including studded versions, are sold separately. The hydrophobic upper resists abrasion and dries fast, water drains out through the midsole, and a molded TPU toe cap and protected stitching help it last.

Which wading boot is right for you? Felt soles grip best on slick, algae-covered rock, but some states and parks restrict felt, and it is slippery on mud, snow and trails.
