Overview

The Renzetti Saltwater Traveler 2300 is the Traveler built for salt. The Saltwater Traveler is the Traveler built from anodized aluminum and stainless steel to stand up to salt and humidity, with jaws for the bigger hooks of tarpon, snook, striper and baitfish flies. Like every Traveler, it is a true rotary vise with adjustable rotation tension.

This version mounts with a C-clamp that grips the edge of a table, and you can slide the vise up or down the stem to set your tying height.

Which Renzetti is right for you? The Apprentice is Renzetti's entry-level rotary vise for hooks #28 to #2. The Traveler is the classic true rotary vise most tyers keep for life, and the 2000 is the lowest-priced version. The Saltwater Traveler is built from corrosion-resistant materials for big saltwater and streamer hooks. The Presentation is the step up for serious tyers, and the Master does it all, from #28 to 10/0. A C-clamp grips the edge of a table and lets you set the height; a pedestal base sits on any table.
