Description

Overview

Gene's Cased Caddis from Umpqua is an incredibly realistic imitation of a caddisfly larva in its protective case. This pattern replicates the natural behavior of caddis larvae that build portable shelters from sand, pebbles, and plant material. The fly's weighted body allows it to sink quickly to the feeding zone where trout actively search for these protein rich morsels along the stream bottom. Gene's Cased Caddis is a proven producer on freestone streams and rivers throughout the season.
